just set up today and will not recognize the usb port when a usb device is plugged in. This is what I mainly need it for. need a response ASAP. It is for a program tonight!

My Fangor f- 701 projector isnt working correctly. I just set it up today. The picture is not a perfect rectangle it is actually a trapezoid. The picture is slanted to one side. The projector is sitting on a level table 9 feet from the screen. I have tried moving the projector and have tried the keystone type settings. I can not get a perfect rectangle. Please help
